What we’re looking for

We are in pursuit of a driven Territory Manager that will make a lasting impression in our channels for the South Island. To manage the Hardware and Foodstuffs Supermarket territory with a regular call cycle to maintain and grow sales of the Kiwicare & AHM range through existing and new customers.

This invaluable opportunity requires: 

  • Exceptional sales capabilities to accelerate the growth and profitability of our Kiwicare & AHM range. 
  • Cultivate strong partnerships and provide customers with positive trading experiences. 
  • Ensure sales targets are met by committing to regular call cycles within your territory, maintaining a strong shelf brand presence and supporting relevant instore activation and events. 
  • As a skilled negotiator, confidently promote new product lines and secure additional ranging. 

What you’ll bring with you

  • A strong background in sales with at least 3 years B2B Sales experience
  • A passionate storyteller who demonstrates exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient data analysis skills to interpret sales data; effectively uses relevant Microsoft operating systems, CRM, office technologies and digital tools. 
  • Perceived as an expert with proven sales acumen; takes a consultative approach and is understanding of the customer’s needs and prospects. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Resilient and adaptable though technological, business environment, processes, and structure changes. Comfortable in ambiguous situations and working effectively within a variety of situations and with various individuals or groups of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
