Make the right choice

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to help lift the quality, pace and impact of commercial decision‑making across Kiwicare.

This is a senior business partnering role, not a traditional reporting role. You will sit at the center of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), working across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to surface risks, resolve trade‑offs and support leaders to make better, faster decisions.

This role can be based in Christchurch or Auckland and involves regular travel between our two locations to build strong relationships and support collaborative planning.

What we’re looking for

• Act as a trusted commercial partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Synthesize demand, supply, cost and financial inputs into clear insights and trade‑offs
• Support IBP by identifying risks, misalignments, and decision points early
• Translate complex issues into clear options and recommendations for leaders
• Support forecasting, business cases, and NPD decisions with assumption‑led insight

What will you bring

• Proven experience in commercial finance, business partnering or commercial analysis roles, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution or other fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to forecasting, budgeting and planning processes
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems; advanced modelling skills are not required
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Accounting qualification preferred but not essential
