The Opportunity

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our rooms and public spaces are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. This hands-on role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms to the highest standards, restocking amenities, and maintaining a tidy and safe environment throughout the hotel. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, taking pride in the details that make a big difference for our guests. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Room Perfection: Take ownership of cleaning and preparing guest rooms to Kamana’s high standards. Your attention to detail will make sure every space—from bathrooms to balconies—is spotless and welcoming.
• Amenities & Guest Comfort: Ensure rooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities and always ready for our guests’ arrival.
• Guest-Focused Service: Provide personalized, friendly service to our guests, addressing their requests and resolving any issues with confidence and care.
• Secure & Respectful Environment: Safeguard the privacy and security of guest rooms, ensuring their peace of mind during their stay.
• Deep Cleaning & Rotation Tasks: Perform specialized cleaning such as steam cleaning and other deep cleaning duties, maintaining a fresh and comfortable environment.
• Public & Staff Spaces: Keep public areas, including bathrooms, corridors, and lounges, looking spotless and inviting.
• Health & Safety Champion: Maintain high health and safety standards, identifying and reporting hazards to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. 

What You’ll Bring

We’re after someone who leads by example, bringing positivity and passion to every shift. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A genuine passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences.
• At least 6 months experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• A calm, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English; other languages are a bonus.
• Physical stamina and mobility to handle the demands of the role.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
