Central TTM is a well-established and growing traffic management company with depots in Palmerston North, Masterton, Wellington and Havelock North. Due to continued growth and strong demand from our clients, we are looking for experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to join our team based out of our Lower Hutt yard.

The Role

As an STMS with Central TTM you will be responsible for running your own sites and leading your crew to deliver safe and efficient traffic management.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Setting up and overseeing Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) sites

* Managing day-to-day site operations * Leading and supporting TTMWs, TMOs and Pilot Drivers * Ensuring sites operate safely and in line with TMP requirements * Liaising with clients and reporting job progress * Maintaining strong Health & Safety standards at all times

We’re looking for someone who is confident running sites, solving problems on the go, and keeping both the crew and the job running smoothly.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

* Current STMS qualification / warrant card (or relevant NZQA unit standards) * Experience running TTM sites * Strong leadership and communication skills * A proactive approach to problem solving * A strong commitment to Health & Safety * Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 advantageous)

* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
