We’re looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering students to join our team over the 2026/27 summer period from approximately November 2026 to February 2027. If you enjoy working on-site, solving problems, and being part of a team that prides itself on delivering high-quality projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Oversight – Ensuring site work aligns with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Site Inspections & Documentation – Monitoring progress, conducting quality checks and maintaining accurate and complete site records
  • Hands-on experience – helping the field team achieve deadlines including labouring tasks when needed
  • Supporting Project Delivery – Assisting in the planning and delivery of projects.
  • Problem-Solving – Identifying on-site challenges and working with project team for effective resolution

The successful students will:

  • Have completed at least their second year of Civil Engineering Study
  • Have a positive and eager attitude
  • The ability to be able to travel to different sites around the city via your own transport or public transport
  • Potential opportunity to continue with casual work after the summer period
