Accreditation Program Coordinator
This role supports JASANZ in the management of its clients by providing end to end accreditation program coordination services from Canberra or Wellington offices. This role reports to a Senior Accreditation Program Coordinator.
Main duties
- Stakeholder – Demonstrate customer service excellence in the provision of service to Conformity Assessment Bodies (CAB), members of the public, and internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to assessment and accreditation.
- Assessments – Support JASANZ end-to-end assessment function including but not limited to scoping, scheduling and coordinating assessment and post assessment activities for all accreditation assessment types (e.g., initial, scope extension, surveillance, reaccreditation, witnessing).
- Coordination – Coordinate and oversee the execution of administrative support including but not limited to client enquiries, pre-application, obtaining GMA approvals, meeting support, booking travel and accommodation, services orders, troubleshooting CAB and contractor scheduling issues, processing invoices, assessment review, reporting and finalisation.
- Continuous improvement – demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement by upskilling self and others on new systems, process improvement, change management, conflict resolution, and decision making.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support effective stakeholder engagement and co-ordination activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to quickly adopt new systems for continual improvement.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, maintain high attention to detail, solve problems, and influence positive outcomes.
