Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with data entry and database management
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
