What you’ll do

• Build next-generation systems that keep buildings secure and sustainable, at the cutting edge of AI, digital identity and video.
• Develop production-grade, full-stack software, from the web apps people use to the cloud services and infrastructure that control the physical world.
• Work in small autonomous teams and own problems end to end. You define the problem, AI agents build it, you prove it’s solved.

Who you are

• A builder. You’ve made things nobody asked you to, and you finished them.
• You’re already building software with AI, and you have stories about what’s worked and what hasn’t.
• You pick up the ball and run with it. Problems you own get solved.

• Learn a multi-disciplinary stack fast and ship from your first days, supported by senior engineers and a diverse team.
• Build deep expertise in how real security systems work, from access control and identity to video.

Qualifications and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in software engineering, computer science or similar, and up to three years’ experience.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack fundamentals like web apps, APIs and cloud services, from study, work or your own projects.
