Description

Agents plan, build, test and review. Engineers set direction, judge quality and own what ships. That’s AI-first, and we’re leading it.

What we build matters. Our systems protect landmark buildings worldwide and keep millions of people safe. Startup pace, backed by proven scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build next-generation systems that keep buildings secure and sustainable, at the cutting edge of AI, digital identity and video.
  • Develop production-grade embedded software, from the devices on the door to the controllers that run the building.
  • Work in small autonomous teams and own problems end to end. You define the problem, AI agents build it, you prove it’s solved on real hardware.

Who you are

  • A builder. You’ve made things nobody asked you to, hardware included, and you finished them.
  • You’re already building software with AI, and you have stories about what’s worked and what hasn’t.
  • You pick up the ball and run with it. Problems you own get solved.

How you’ll grow

  • AI-first is our everyday, not our roadmap. Explore new tools and techniques, help shape how the whole team uses them, and stay ahead of where the industry is heading.
  • Learn a multi-disciplinary stack fast and ship from your first days, supported by senior engineers and a diverse team.
  • Build deep expertise in how real security systems work, from the silicon up to identity, video and the cloud.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in software, electronic or computer engineering, or computer science, and up to three years’ experience.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded fundamentals like microcontrollers, real-time systems or device communications, from study, work or your own projects.

We’re builders, and we’d love to see what you’ve built. Bring us the story behind it.
