We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista & Front of House team member to deliver excellent customer service, prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to company standards

-Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently

-Operate POS and handle cash/eftpos transactions

-Maintain cleanliness of front of house, coffee, and dining areas

-Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

-Support the team during busy service periods

Skills & Requirements:

-Positive attitude and strong communication skills

-Barista experience – able to handle making multiple coffees at one time & maintaining speed

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
