We’re seeking an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Park Manager Couple to join the team at Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park in Rotorua as the park embarks on an exciting new chapter under new ownership.

 

This is a hands-on opportunity for a couple who enjoy working together, and who naturally align with Hampshire’s purpose of bringing everyday dreams to life. One member of the couple must bring strong grounds and maintenance experience, while both partners will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the park.

 

About the Role

Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth operation of the park.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of park operations
  • Reception, bookings, guest arrivals and departures
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest enquiries
  • Supporting and leading team members
  • Maintaining high presentation standards across the park
  • Assisting with administration and operational reporting
  • Supporting health, safety and compliance requirements
  • Participating in after-hours and on-call responsibilities as required

Grounds & Maintenance Experience Essential

One member of the couple will need proven experience in grounds and maintenance, including:

  • General maintenance and repairs
  • Grounds care, mowing, landscaping and garden maintenance
  • Facility and asset upkeep
  • Equipment and tool maintenance
  • Identifying and resolving maintenance issues
  • Maintaining a safe and well-presented environment for guests
