We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Hot Water Beach Top 10 Holiday Park.

Hot Water Beach Top 10 Holiday Park is situated on the Coromandel Peninsula and is famous for the natural hot springs that seep up from the volcanic fissures below. For two hours either side of low tide you can find a hot spot and dig yourself a pool to relax in the warm therapeutic waters and enjoy the view of the South Pacific Ocean.

About the Role

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll coordinate daily cleaning operations, supervise team members, manage rosters and supplies, and work closely with other departments to ensure the park is guest-ready at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the park.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with occupancy levels and operational requirements.
• Conduct accommodation and facility inspections to ensure guest readiness and presentation standards are met.
• Oversee the allocation of daily housekeeping duties and monitor team performance.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders.
• Liaise with maintenance and operational teams to resolve cleanliness and presentation issues.
• Assist with accommodation cleaning during busy periods as required.

What We’re Looking for

You’ll bring:

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within holiday parks, hotels, motels, or tourism accommodation.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leadership position.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high presentation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team where needed.
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
