For someone with the ambition to become a Resort Manager, this is an opportunity to build the experience, capability and confidence needed to take that next step.

What you’ll be doing

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across food and beverage, reception, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance and guest services, ensuring the resort consistently delivers high standards.
  • People Management: Lead, coach and develop team members, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and a positive team culture.
  • Financial & Commercial Performance: Work alongside the Park Manager to monitor budgets, labour costs, stock control, occupancy and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Take ownership of complex guest enquiries and escalations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences.
  • Operational Planning: Support workforce planning, rostering, peak-period preparation and the coordination of resources across the resort.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain high standards of health and safety, operational compliance, property presentation and asset management.
  • Management Accountability: Take responsibility for delegated operational areas and confidently step into the Park Manager role during periods of absence.

What We’re Looking for

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is ready to take on greater responsibility.

You’ll bring:

  • Must have previous management experience within food and beverage, hospitality, tourism, accommodation, holiday parks or a similarly complex operational environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams while maintaining high standards and accountability.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of budgets, labour costs, rostering and operational performance.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities, making decisions and resolving challenging situations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance hands-on operational involvement with broader management responsibilities.
  • A proactive approach, strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership.

Experience working within a large accommodation property, resort or multi-department hospitality operation would be highly regarded.

Why Join Hampshire Holiday Parks?

  • A genuine career pathway: This role is designed to develop future Park Managers, providing practical exposure to the full scope of park management responsibilities.
  • Leadership development: Work closely with experienced leaders who will support your professional growth, capability and confidence.
  • Make a real impact: Take ownership of key operational areas and contribute directly to the success of a large, established holiday resort.
  • A supportive team environment: Join a growing organisation that values respect, accountability, collaboration, innovation and exceptional customer experiences.
