About the role:

  • Permanent Full-time
  • Minimum 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, from Monday to Sunday, inclusive.
  • Location: Gibbston Valley Wines – Otago, Gibbston
  • $26.00 to $28.00 depending on the experience

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with food preparation, including washing, chopping and defrosting foods and preparing sauces and marinades.
  • Fully preparing basic dishes, such as salads, when asked.
  • Following the food control plan at all times.
  • Ensuring that all dishes are efficiently and adequately sanitized by maintaining required water temperature and chemical levels.

  • Eligibility of work in New Zealand without any restrictions.
  • A reliable method transport since we’re located about 25 mins from Queenstown CBD
