We are on the search for a Campus and Student Services Coordinator who will be predominantly based in our New Albany Campus. This role will be a first point of contact for all our youth learners, potential youth learners, and stakeholders and will provide support to the team with student enrolments.
About this role
This role is a permanent, full-time position and the successful candidates responsibilities will include the following:
- Providing exceptional customer service and act as key front-of-house presence and first point of contact to prospective learners, families, and stakeholders
- Contributing to recruitment planning to enable achievement of youth guarantee funding consumption targets
- Provide timely and accurate information for all potential and current youth learners to support enrolments
- Process student enrolment applications in a timely and seamless manner to ensure an outstanding application experience
- Support planning and delivery of various events, orientation, network or alumni events
- Act as the first point of contact for student queries related to campus life, services, and general support
- Support our Pastoral Care Specialist with pastoral care to our youth students
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the below skills and / or experience:
- Demonstrated customer service experience with administrative and front-desk operations
- Experience with student enrolments or related field is preferable
- Experience working with students in a pastoral care environment is favourable
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills with the ability to develop strong, positive relationships
- Experience working with youth through social work, youth programmes or community organisations
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- A passion for helping young people achieve their potential, and a genuine desire to influence positive change in people’s lives and their community
