Fresh Connection has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team in Christchurch. This is a part-time position, working a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday; starting at 6am in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The Role…

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This is a varied role involving data entry, customer orders, production reporting and general administration. The successful applicant will need to be organised, computer-savvy and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and processing customer orders.
  • Importing orders and generating production reports for major customers.
  • Printing product labels for production.
  • Investigating and processing customer credits.
  • Monitoring and responding to emails.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries.
  • Checking invoices and statements at the end of each week and month.
  • Preparing consignment notes and managing online freight company portals.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have…

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
