As a Graduate Developer, you’d join our Hamilton-based team where collaboration isn’t just a buzzword, passion drives everything we do, and AI and modern technology are tools we use daily to solve real problems.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communicator – you can build rapport with others, explain technical concepts clearly, and aren’t afraid to share your ideas with confidence
• Studying towards or holding a relevant tertiary qualification – Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• A developing technical foundation – some understanding of how the web works and exposure to object-oriented programming; familiarity with our stack (C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and source control is a bonus, not a requirement
• Curious and AI-enthusiastic – excited about how AI is transforming software development and keen to explore emerging technologies
• Professional fundamentals – detail-oriented, organised, and a natural problem-solver who thrives on a challenge
