Just as importantly, you’ll be organised, considered and confident in your judgement, with the ability to manage sensitive processes, competing priorities and complex decisions with integrity.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Wants to use their engineering experience to uphold professional standards and strengthen public confidence in the profession.
- Can analyse information critically, assess evidence and reach fair, balanced conclusions.

- Enjoys working with others to improve processes, contribute to projects and support positive change.
- Can explain complex technical and regulatory issues clearly, offer constructive advice and influence through sound professional judgement.
- Builds credibility and trust with experienced engineers and assessors, including when discussing challenging cases or differing professional views.
