collective capability with a team of over 400 experienced environmental specialists across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Here’s what you can expect:
- You’ll be joining a team of 45 industry leading environmental & resource management specialists in New Zealand who work on nationally significant projects, providing innovative solutions to complex planning and resource management issues.
- You’ll have the opportunity to expand and grow your experience by leading and working on a diverse range of nation shaping projects that include renewables, extraction and infrastructure

- You’ll help our clients solve their biggest challenges and achieve their goals by delivering strategic and innovative solutions, showcasing your technical expertise, project management and reporting writing skills

Here’s what you’ll bring to have impact:
- Top of our list is, that you value being part of a team and doing work that will have a positive impact
- You’ll have a planning or environmental science-related degree and a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a resource management planning or environmental science-related field
- You’ve built a solid understanding of how to work within New Zealand regulation and environmental guidelines (including RMA and FTAA legislation) and how to achieve the best possible
client outcomes
- You’re a problem solver, a lateral think. You thrive on a challenge and finding the solution
- You’ve formed trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders including business, iwi, District and Regional Councils, and Central Government
- You bring experience or working on a diverse range of projects and project management skills
- You’ve developed strong report writing skills and an ability to create appropriate reports, recommendations, and assessments in a compelling way
