This is permanent, full-time role based on-site Monday to Friday at our offices in Greenlane. Please note, this role is not remote or hybrid and you will be required to work in the office.

About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and capable Programme Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our workplace and community learning programmes. This is a varied role involving everything from enrolments, programme logistics learner reporting and office administration.
You’ll be the glue between internal teams, external trainers, learners and clients—ensuring compliance, quality and service excellence are maintained across our education programmes.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day programme administration: enrolments, LNAAT, learner reporting and graduation coordination
• Support Programme Managers and Trainers with data, resources and learner tracking
• Manage programme documentation, create reports on Excel and SharePoint filing
• Respond to learner and trainer queries
• Office coordination: supplies, couriering, cleanliness, visitor reception and general office management
• Coordinate events, meetings and travel for internal staff
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years proven experience in office or education administration role
• Excellent command of English – both written and verbal
• Strong Microsoft Office skills at an advanced level (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) + IT skills (using AI, CRMs, various databases and online platforms)
• Following through company process and procedures – Critical thinking
• Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and take initiative
• Understanding of TEO compliance, NZQA, Funding or TEC processes is a bonus
