Do you have what it takes to succeed?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our knowledgeable and supportive Wellington office.

In this role, you will provide administrative support across a range of projects, helping our project teams deliver successful outcomes for clients. You will be responsible for coordinating documentation, maintaining project records, supporting project reporting and financial administration, and ensuring efficient project processes are followed.

You should have:

  • Experience in project administration, office administration, or a similar support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the energy and infrastructure sector

Bonus

  • Experience supporting project teams in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Experience with project management systems, financial administration, or document control
  • Relevant business administration or project management qualifications
