Outbound Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all outbound operations including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with customer SLAs
• Ensure strict compliance with FSP (Food Safety Program)
• Coordinate with transportation/logistics to schedule and monitor deliveries
• Lead and develop outbound team members, including assigning tasks, coaching, and performance management
• Monitor stock movement to reduce errors and shrinkage
• Ensure safe and clean work areas according to health and safety standards
• Track and report on daily outbound metrics (volumes, DIFOT, errors, etc.)
• Implement continuous improvement processes for outbound flow, layout, or productivity

Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or degree in a related field preferred
• Certificate in MPI AP (Ministry for Primary Industries Accredited Person)

Essential

• Driver’s license
• Operational machinery licenses relevant to the role
• Proficient in Chinese – Advantageous

Years Experience

• Minimum (2-3) two to three years – Ideal (5) five years
