We are seeking experienced GPs who value strong clinical support, flexibility, and being part of an organisation actively evolving how primary care is delivered.

The Model

You’ll practise within a deliberately structured environment including:

• GPs, NPs, PAs and Nurses
• Medical Care Assistants (MCAs)
• Dedicated Administration & Reception teams
• A connected virtual workforce of GPs, NPs and Nurses
• Structured triage and coordinated care
• Centralised governance and operational support
