The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining equipment, adhering to safety standards, and optimising production workflows, thereby supporting our commitment to excellence in the food manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blending machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food blending processes and equipment operation.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in the preparation and measurement of ingredients for blending.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs of blending operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and resolve any operational challenges.
