Brendan Foot Supersite is looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, six-month fixed-term basis, covering parental leave.
Based in our Lower Hutt Vehicle Preparation workshop, this is a varied role that works across both vehicle preparation and Used Vehicle Sales support.
Reporting to our Vehicle Logistics and Preparation Manager, you’ll work closely with our Used Vehicle Sales and Wholesale Manager and wider Vehicle Operations team to help keep vehicles moving efficiently from arrival and preparation through to being ready for sale.
About the role
This is a varied coordination role working across both our Vehicle Preparation and Used Vehicle Sales teams.
You’ll play an important part in making sure vehicles move efficiently through the preparation process and are ready for sale both online and on the yard. The role combines vehicle administration and logistics with responsibility for keeping our used vehicle listings accurate, engaging and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining used vehicle listings across our online platforms, including writing accurate and engaging vehicle descriptions
- Coordinating vehicle photography and managing Trade Me listings through Dealerbase
- Ensuring used vehicle stock is display-ready, with current WOF, registration, RUC and accurate window cards
- Processing work orders, repair orders, invoicing and outwork associated with vehicle preparation
- Helping coordinate vehicles through the preparation and reconditioning process
- Assisting with vehicle arrivals, movements, pick-ups and drop-offs between dealerships, sales yards and suppliers
- Completing wholesale administration, including invoicing and payment follow-up
About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys being busy, likes taking ownership and has a strong eye for detail.
You’ll need to be comfortable managing a high volume of administration, keeping track of multiple vehicles and priorities, and working across different teams to make sure things get done.
Because part of the role involves creating and maintaining used vehicle listings, an interest in cars and good written communication skills will be particularly valuable. You don’t need to be a Technician, but some vehicle knowledge, dealership experience or a genuine passion for cars would help you quickly understand vehicle features, specifications and what makes a listing appealing to a potential buyer.
You may also have experience in marketing, copywriting, digital content or online sales, which would translate well into the vehicle listing side of the role.
You’ll bring:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident written communication and the ability to create engaging vehicle descriptions
- An interest in vehicles and a willingness to develop strong product knowledge
- Strong digital capability and confidence learning new systems
- Good Microsoft 365 skills
- The ability to manage a high volume of work accurately
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to pitch in with practical vehicle-related tasks when required
- A current full NZ driver licence
It would be great if you also have:
- Previous experience working in a vehicle dealership or automotive environment
- A genuine interest or passion for cars
- Marketing, copywriting or digital content experience
- Experience using Trade Me listings, AutoPlay, Dealerbase, Trello or similar systems
Why join Brendan Foot Supersite?
- Work in a genuinely varied role spanning vehicle preparation, administration and sales support
- Gain exposure to a busy, high-performing used vehicle operation
- Work closely with both our Vehicle Preparation and Sales teams
- Build experience across dealership systems, stock management, digital vehicle listings and vehicle operations
- Join a supportive team where people are encouraged to take ownership and pitch in
If you’re organised, practical, confident with technology and enjoy being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything moving, we’d love to hear from you.
