About the role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, managing everything from service bookings and customer enquiries through to invoicing and vehicle handover.
Your responsibilities will include:

About you

Ideally you’ll bring:
- Automotive industry experience, or a background in a busy customer-facing role with an administration component
- Confidence and a friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt when priorities change
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- A full, clean driver’s licence
What we offer
- The opportunity to build and grow your career within the automotive industry
- A friendly, supportive team environment
- Competitive remuneration, including an incentive scheme
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- The stability of working for a successful, established, family-owned business
