The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Theatre Administrator.
Working in our Operating Theatre, reporting to the Theatre Services Manager, the Theatre Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding administration support to our Theatre Management Team.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have worked previously as an Administrator and be comfortable in a work environment which is both ‘high volume’ and ‘fast-paced’;
- Have demonstrated proficient typing skills, the ability to use the MS Office suite of products, and an unwavering attention to detail;
- Understand that the key to success lies in the team working alongside one another
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and ensure your interactions enhance cooperation and teamwork;
- Be known for your clear and professional communication skills and your ability to remain calm and collected under pressure;
- Have great organisation and time management skills alongside your superior prioritisation skills.
- Develop and streamline administration tasks to support the Clinical team efficiency.
- Welcome visitors to the department and ensure correct process is followed.
