- Supporting the integration of ESG considerations into investment decision-making, portfolio construction, and risk management.
- Conducting responsible investment analysis and developing strategies to support portfolio managers and analysts across asset classes.
- Monitoring emerging ESG risks, opportunities, regulations, and market best practice, and communicating their implications across the business.
- Acting as a trusted internal adviser on responsible investment matters.
- Overseeing external ESG research providers and outsourced proxy voting services, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with Booster’s approach.
- Supporting the development of Booster’s stewardship framework, including engagement priorities, escalation pathways, and outcome tracking.
- Working with Product Owners to understand and manage responsible investment certification and portfolio requirements.
- Supporting portfolios with specific responsible investment mandates through tailored analysis, activities, and reporting.
- Supporting ESG-related company engagement activities, including preparation and follow-up.
- Leading and contributing to responsible investment reporting, disclosures, and communications.
- Ensuring responsible investment disclosures and public statements accurately reflect Booster’s activities and approach.

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong knowledge of responsible investment principles and processes, including responsible investment screening, ESG integration, and stewardship.
- Experience in responsible investment policy development, implementation, and governance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- A proactive, collaborative, and intellectually curious approach.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in asset management, investment research, responsible investment, sustainability, or a related field.
