About the Role

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you’ll work approximately 8-9.5 hours a week, creating memorable in‑store experiences for our customers while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the boutique. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver warm, personalised service that makes customers feel amazing
• Style outfits and share your fashion know-how
• Support with deliveries, stock, and online order fulfilment
• Help create inviting, on-brand visual merchandising displays
• Be a proud ambassador of Blue Illusion’s values: Generosity, Uplifting, Community & Empowerment

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating meaningful connections
• Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (fashion retail experience is highly regarded)
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late-night trading during peak season
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
