The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager and leading the Plumbing Team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our plumbing projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high performing team.
- Delivering commercial plumbing projects safely, on time and on budget
- Growing of existing accounts and securing new clients
- Planning labour and resources for maximum productivity
- Monitoring quality, budgets, and project performance
- Working on the tools when required to support your team
- Mentoring apprentices and developing future tradespeople.
- Maintaining high level health and safety standards
Success in this role is measured by your team’s performance, client satisfaction and business growth.
We are looking for a capable leader who is:
- An experienced and qualified plumber with a strong understanding of commercial projects
- A proven leader who can mentor, motivate and develop a team, including apprentices
- Confident and professional in dealing with clients, site managers and suppliers
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage project documentation, scheduling and cost tracking
- Motivated to deliver quality workmanship and superior service
- Committed to health and safety best practice
- The holder of a full drivers licence and PGDB licence
