Skilled Civil Operator – Christchurch, Canterbury

We’re one of Canterbury’s leading civil construction companies, and we’re after an experienced Skilled Civil Operator to join our high-performing crew across Christchurch and Canterbury.

About the role 

You’ll operate plant and equipment, install kerb and channel, handle concrete boxing and formwork, and take on drainage, earthworks and general civil duties — working alongside a crew that takes real pride in the finish.

What you’ll need

• 2+ years’ civil construction experience
• Proven mobile plant/machinery operation
• WTR endorsements
• Class 4 licence (preferred)
• A reliable, safety-first attitude and willingness to learn
