Description

Richmond, Tasman | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

At Azwood, we’re passionate about creating innovative, sustainable solutions that make a real difference for New Zealand’s environment. As one of New Zealand’s leading manufacturers of carbon-neutral wood fuels and sustainable wood products, we’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at our Richmond office.

This is a key role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with everything from product and order enquiries through to deliveries and after-sales support. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well and makes sure things get followed through to completion.

What you’ll be doing

-Be the first point of contact and handle incoming customer enquiries.

-Deliver customer service across product, order and delivery enquiries.

-Provide after-sales support and manage customer cases end to end.

-Coordinate issues across teams and follow resolutions through to completion.

-Support customer-facing delivery: order status, availability and commitments.

-Own the customer experience, including proactive communication and resolution follow-up.

What we’re looking for

-Experience in customer service, after-sales support or customer success.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate issues across teams.

-Calm, patient and empathetic communication, particularly under pressure.

-Experience using CRM or case management systems, with organised and accurate record-keeping.

-A proactive approach to communication, with reliable follow-through and a commitment to closing the loop.

-A strong sense of ownership and a willingness to work across the business to find answers and resolve customer issues.

What we offer

You’ll be joining a hardworking and supportive team in a full-time, Monday to Friday role based at our Richmond office. You’ll work across different areas of the business and play an important part in making sure our customers receive the service and support they expect from Azwood.

As part of the Azwood team, you’ll also receive a $500 product allowance each year, which can be used towards any of our manufactured products.

If you’re organised, enjoy helping people and like being the person who gets things sorted, we’d like to hear from you.
