Position Title: Civil Labourer / Warehouse Support (Hybrid Casual Role)

Location: Auckland

Advance Landscape Systems is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our operations in a hybrid role supporting both our civil works crews and warehouse team. This is a casual position with varied and interesting work across site and yard environments.

About the Role

This is a practical, physical role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in supporting a high-performing team. You will split your time between:

Civil Site Duties

Assisting civil crews with general labouring tasks

Supporting site setup and pack-down

Assisting with material handling and placement

Following health & safety procedures on live worksites

Warehouse & Yard Duties

Cutting, measuring, and preparing materials

Unloading of containers

Loading and unloading trucks

Pick/Packing of orders and despatch

Skills & Experience

Advantageous (but not essential):

Forklift licence

Reach Truck license

Confined Spaces training

Site Safe passport

Previous civil labouring experience

What We’re Really Looking For:

Mechanically minded and confident using tools

Able to accurately measure and cut materials

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Team player who takes direction well

Commitment to health and safety

Experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
