Our way of doing things

At ELSEB Hospitality, we practice Open Book Management, sharing our business’s critical numbers with every team member. Our weekly huddles teach everyone the “Great Game of Business,” fostering a culture where we learn and grow together as a team.

To reinforce this, we have a Performance Incentive Programme (PIP). When we hit our weekly target, we reward the entire team by paying out 1% of turnover, pro-rata based on hours worked. Our managers also have a separate PIP; by hitting monthly KPIs for wage costs and COGS, they receive 1.5% of turnover, demonstrating the power of shared success.

We believe in strong systems, with the philosophy that “the system runs the business and the people run the system.” We also place a huge emphasis on Employee Professional Development, offering world-class coaching to help our people grow their careers and leadership skills.
