About the report

From 4th April to 15th April 2023, Employment Hero collected 303 survey responses from practitioners in Singapore and Malaysia about their accounting and payroll services, and attitudes towards technology. Our key findings show that future-focused processes will help build successful practices that the evolving industry demands, and support a revenue-driving payroll function.
