Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise various digital marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, social media, Telegram group/channel and blasting channels (SMS, WhatsApp) to maintain online brand presence and drive new user acquisition.
  • Stay updated with latest news and trends in Malaysia and Singapore and translate them into digital marketing content.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective short-form marketing campaign copy.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative and engaging content and translate into a brief for designers to create graphics, videos, etc that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Effectively track and monitor marketing campaign results, analyse performance, and make data-driven improvement action plans to improve ROI and achieve targets.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets for each digital marketing channel and campaign, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Update website content with latest marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure tasks are completed without delays.
  • Meticulously manage suppliers, outsource and KOLs to ensure targets and deliverables are met and completed on time.
  • Conduct competitor’s research and proactively suggest strategies to help our clients remain at the forefront of their industries.
  • Identify new channels, tools and best practices to continuously improve existing channel marketing strategies and plans.
  • Qualifications:

  • Candidates possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
  • Requires at least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing, preferably prior experience in agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, using accurate grammar and spelling and have meticulous proofreading skill.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
  • Experience with SEO and social media research tools, such as SEMrush / Similar Web / Ads library / Black hat technologies would be a plus.
  • Experience managing website content management system (CMS) would be a plus.
  • Ability to use Google Ecosystem: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheet, etc
  • Experience in data analysis and sensitive with numbers (able to derive next optimisation action plan based on data)
