Description

The role of the Inside Sales Executive is to work closely with our Corporate Sales Manager in ensuring a high level of services is provided to foster customer loyalty and sales growth with our key corporate customers.

Job Description:

  • To manage company corporate customer accounts to achieve long-term success
  • To ensure speedy and responsive response to customers’ request for quotations, product support, order coordination, service request, tender deals, and others
  • To work with various internal team in delivering a seamless and convenient buying experience for our corporate customers
  • To build relationships with our customer to better understand their needs and explore on how we can serve them better
  • To increase our sales by cross-sell and up-sell our full range of products and services to our key account customers
  • To work closely and assist Sales Manager managers in various sales initiatives to achieve company sales & profit objectives

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must have customer service orientated mindset and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Candidate must be well organized and able to multi-task effectively
  • Enjoy working with people and is computer literate
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate well in both spoken and written form
  • Past experience in corporate sales an advantage
