Summary:

As an Account Manager in the aerospace industry, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This permanent, full-time position is essential for driving customer satisfaction and business growth in a competitive market. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering long-term partnerships to enhance our company’s reputation and success in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the aerospace industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
