Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resource function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of human resource best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resource policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company goals and objectives
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on topics such as sexual harassment, diversity, and workplace safety

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in human resource administration
  • Strong knowledge of human resource best practices and labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
