Job Description :

• Manage and monitor stock and orders and following the workflow to do top up.
• Monitor and trade Game Currency and Game Items electronically via emails or systems.
• Work closely with Kaleoz Customer Support Associate and customer service teams to complete the order in a timely manner.
• Check and verify the user ID and nickname during top-up.
• Accurately records purchase and sale transactions in systems and Game Currency reports.
• Update trader reports daily and submit on time.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computer skills I.e. using key shortcuts.
• Interest in game development, inquisitive, and proactive to find ways to solve problems.
• Demonstrate initiative to do work effectively.
• Comfort working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Able to work in fast-paced work environment.
• Able to do routine & repeated works daily.
• Open to regularly work weekends and evenings in line with the sports event schedules.
