Description

Job Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for recharging the order.

2) Responding to customer kchat /email promptly.

3) Maintaining excellent levels of service and consistent communication with our customers in the up-most professional manner & meaningful responses.

4) Checking for uncompleted orders and sending notifications to the seller to complete the order.

5) Verifying the seller’s products on Kaleoz to avoid suspicious listings.

6) Proactively identify changes that can make to the Kaleoz application to simplify the job.

7) Recognize and escalate any high-priority problems to the Senior Customer Support Associate for follow-up.

8) Develop relationships with Kaleoz sellers, working with them to drive sales through web optimization and enhancement of customer experience when shopping on the Kaleoz platform.

9) Undertake any ad-hoc task or any other related task assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements :

1) No experience required.

2) Interest in game development.

3) At least SPM or equivalent work experience.

4) Intermediate in written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

5) Able to communicate in basic Bahasa Melayu is a bonus.

6) Analysis skills – Ability to interpreting information, gathering it into a coherent understanding, and building a narrative or plan of action in response.

7) Clear communication skills – Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended.

8) Critical thinking – Ability to think in organized and rational manner in order to understand connections between ideas and/or facts.

9) Customer focus – Putting customer’s needs first. / To enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.

10) Follow up – To keep tracking the issues and make sure the issues have been settled.
