Job Description :

1) Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.

2) Coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.

3) Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.

4) Negotiate contract terms and communicate terms to stakeholders, and manage, review and renew such agreements that maximizes sales and profits.

5) Identify business opportunities and work with marketing, product, engineering, and legal teams to develop growth strategy, business partnerships pipeline and acquire digital content that drives ROIs for the product.

6) Develop long-term partnerships within the games and entertainment industry to create and deliver more values and spur growth.

7) Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

8) Develop a deep understanding of the gaming market trends and strategies to identify new partnership opportunities.

9) Drive the business development to develop performance targets for key accounts.

10) Collect and analyze revenue and partnership data related to partner accounts to be presented regularly to Management.

Job Requirements :

1) Possess more than 6 years of experience in the online gaming/digital content or payment service industry.

2) Has a strong network of contacts in the games and entertainment industry.

3) Experience in working with international partners and global/regional partnerships.

4) Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

5) Has proficiency in English & Mandarin for both writing and speaking.

6) Demonstrate experience with a successful track record in content acquisition.

7) Has knowledge of the online gaming content / industry and its competitive background.

8) Has understanding of PC and mobile game content development processes, pipelines, workflows and tools.

9) Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide business insights and develop strategies to counter challenges and grow new businesses.

10) Own and maintain an extensive partnerships network in the gaming and entertainment content industry.

11) Excellent team player.

12) Leadership capabilities to drive, motivate and chart new business directions.

13) Keen sense and interest in latest technology developments, market trends, near future trends and web technologies.

14) Good communicator.

15) Ability to think outside of the box.

16) Proactive personality with strong planning and organizational skills.

17) Highly adaptable to changing environment and business landscape.

18) Self-motivated and self-starter who can act on own initiative.

19) Knowledgeable within the gaming / payments landscape.
