SUMMARY

Responsible for identifying potential clients, converting leads into sales, and providing comprehensive post-sale support across all company services.

This role also manages customer relationships, conducts market intelligence activities, supports new service offerings, and expands company presence into new regions. The position requires strong communication, relationship building, market understanding, and service knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Promote company services through consultations, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-up process.
  • Collect feedback from clients to ensure they can use the company’s services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for complex service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure new customers have a smooth, positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with customers through follow-ups, courtesy calls, check-ins, and customer events.
  • Customize interactions based on customer history, preferences, and service usage.
  • Manage interactions across multiple platforms (Online meetings, Face-to-face visits, Customer events, Coffee meetups, and Industry networking activities)
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of market trends, industry movements, and competitor offerings.
  • Regularly update management with insights, reports, and recommendations.
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations according to client and project requirements.
  • Record customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions in internal databases.
  • Build relationships with new customers and establish trust through professional engagement.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, applications support, customer service, or technical sales.
  • Experience in laboratory services, scientific services, or technical products is an advantage.
