Scheduler / Planner

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of projects for ongoing project and tender. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience in construction method and able to use project scheduling software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans and schedule within the projects scope and budgets
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion is achievable
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Identify and highlight project risks
• Communicate project status updates to project team and management
• Develop and maintain project documentation, ie schedule, method statement, logistic plan
• Provide guidance and support to project team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in planning or scheduling for industrial projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
