Job Title: Project Manager – Technology Advisory
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our Technology Advisory Services practice as a Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project plans, leading project implementation, managing stakeholders, providing advisory services, conducting gap analysis, monitoring vendors’ performance, managing project risks and issues, and reporting progress to management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology or Cybersecurity and possess excellent project management skills.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee project plans from organizing to leading and controlling
– Lead the implementation of projects according to defined scope, timeline, and budget
– Manage all internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects
– Provide advisory services to comply with stakeholders’ requirements during design and implementation stages
– Conduct gap analysis at system and data fields level
– Monitor vendors’ competency, performance, and deliverables
– Highlight and manage project risks effectively
– Manage problems and issues that arise during the projects; escalate to management for decision making if necessary
– Comment on User Acceptance Test (UAT) procedures and coverage
– Create/adapt checklists and formats for the projects as needed
– Review documentation for change management approval
– Provide regular progress updates on projects to management
– Lead project update meetings as well as project closure meetings
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
-A recognized degree with at least second upper class in Information Technology,
Computer Science or Cybersecurity
-Certificate in Project Management or Cybersecurity (preferred)
-Minimum 5 years of working experience
Skills & Knowledge:
-Passion for building a career in technology advisory
-Knowledge of IT project management practices or IT audit principles
-Awareness of technology trends related to governance,
risk management,and cybersecurity
-Self-driven with high motivation levels
-Versatile personality with excellent communication skills
-Proficient in English language (both spoken & written)
