Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and catering, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Qualifications:

– At least 5 years of experience in hospitality or catering industry

– Proven track record of success in a managerial role

– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

– Strong knowledge of food safety regulations

– Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
