Creative Designer – Remote

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Creative Producer will work closely with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to develop and execute innovative and engaging content across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to develop and execute innovative and engaging content across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of production, including casting, location scouting, wardrobe, makeup, and post-production.
• Ensure that all content is on-brand and meets the client’s objectives.
• Manage and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure that all work is of the highest quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. film, media, communications, marketing).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Avid).
• Experience managing budgets and production schedules.
