Description

Job Description

  • Provide application and troubleshooting support to end users on Epicor software
  • Minor Epicor application customizations using C# and report customizations using Crystal Report, BAQ or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in Epicor
  • In-house applications troubleshooting and support, including debugging and development using Visual Studio, C#, HTML, Bootstrap, Crystal Report and etc
  • Application and integration support for Concrete supply chain system Integra, including setup new plant
  • Miscellaneous IT support such as MS Active Directory, Mobile email, PC and printer, RDP and VPN connections, daily data backup and etc.
  • IT administrations such as Process PRs / POs, collate and process IT related invoices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent field
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Willing to work at Kuchai Lama
