Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing multiple paid social campaigns (e.g Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing SEM and display campaigns on Google Adwords.
  • Manage Programmatic Display Marketing with our service providers such as Sociomantic, Criteo and etc.
  • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor results daily and focus on Acquisition quality and CPA / ROAS improvements.
  • Analyse and provide reports and insights to improve performance continuously.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Responsible to actively contribute recommendations, ideas and suggestions to improve team’s technical, analytical, reporting, soft skills performance and corrective action plans designed to address Digital Campaign problems and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify and monitor industry trends in order to stay relevant with Digital Marketing approach to develop and implement analytic and insights strategies in relations to Digital Marketing.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Lead, coach, monitor and manage team to achieve performance results, quality control and timely delivery of projects.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in Social media Ads, Paid search/ PPC execution – Campaign set-up, Optimization & Reporting
  • High level of expertise with the Facebook Ads Manager, Adwords platform, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, meet deadlines and provide high quality work.
  • Good written and oral communications. Able to communicate with the different levels of an organization.
  • Strong time and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns at a time and still able to pay attention to details.
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, team player, who loves working in a fast-paced environment
