Job Requirement

  • Manage and control Malaysia advertising & promotional budget, ensuring increase ROI from marketing activities through a focus on measurements tracking and closed-loop marketing campaign execution
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that will achieve the short- and long-term business objectives of the Sales Teams
  • Plan, develop, recommend and execute marketing activities such as exhibitions, tradeshows, product launches roadshows, seminars/presentations, networking events, factory visits to key industry groups, target audience to foster working relationship.
  • Ensure all country sales channels have the tools, content and customer insights they need to successfully present and sell our solutions with a focus on business impact and customer value.
  • Designing and executing of in-house eDMS and ensuring updated product and marketing information being disseminated to relevant BU/partners to maximize sales.
  • Establish, manage and analyze program metrics and budgets across all marketing tactics and vendors; measuring and analyzing results in accordance with KPIs agreed with sales teams.
  • Create and deliver regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Relevant education in marketing will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of marketing experience in B2C environment
  • Proven track record of working with teams outside of Malaysia and within a geographically dispersed multi-functional team.
  • Able to multi-task and successfully manage competing priorities and projects with minimal supervision and ambiguity.
  • Good planning, co-ordination, and execution skills with eye for details.
  • PR skills at human and corporate levels.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills are important to succeed in this role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
